Works on Windows 10 and 11. Your pictures and videos stay on your computer.

What it does

Open a picture or a video, press a button, and a bubble appears. Type your words, drag the bubble where you want it, and save. Want words with no bubble at all? Choose Floating text and the words sit right on your picture or video.

Pictures

Add as many bubbles or floating words as you like. Change the words, font, colors and style. Undo any mistake.

Video (Pro)

Bubbles and floating text that move with your subject. Words and styles can change as the video plays. Save the finished video as MP4 or WebM.

Edit later

Every time you save, GiggleMaker also saves a small bubbles file (your floating text too) next to your picture or video. To edit, reload your original picture or video, then press Load bubbles and pick that file. Your bubbles appear over it, ready to change.

Questions

Windows says "Windows protected your PC".

GiggleMaker is a new program and is not code-signed yet. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".

What if I lose my key or get a new computer?

Paste the key from your email again. Keys never expire and do not need the internet. If you lose the email, write to me and I will send it again.

Does it work on Mac, Linux or phones?

Not yet. GiggleMaker is for Windows for now.

What is the "Made with GiggleMaker" mark?

A small line in the corner of everything you save. With a key you can turn it off. If you leave it on, it shows your referral code.

Do my pictures and videos get uploaded?

No. Everything happens on your computer.
