What it is

Sudoku the way it should be: a clean board, four levels, and a notes mode that works the way you think. No ads, no pop-ups, and no waiting.

Four levels

Easy, Medium, Hard and Expert. Every puzzle has exactly one answer and can be solved by reasoning, with no guessing.

Pencil notes

Switch Notes on and tiny numbers go in the square as you work out where each number could go. When you put in a right number, it wipes that number from the notes in its row, column and box.

Check and undo

Undo any move, erase a square, or press Check to see which numbers are wrong.

Saves where you stopped

Close the program in the middle of a puzzle and carry on later.

How to get it

  1. Download the programDownload the zip file, unzip it, and open SudokuMaestro.exe from the folder. The free game has no time limit.
  2. Like it? Email me to order a keyTell me your name, which key you want (Key 1, 2 or 3), and a friend's referral code if you have one. I reply with payment details.
  3. Paste your keyI email you the key. Paste it into the key box and press Unlock. You only do this once.

Share it and earn

Every paid key comes with your own referral code. It shows in the program. When a friend buys a key and gives your code, you earn.

A friend counts when they buy their first key. Later upgrades by the same friend do not count again.

SudokuMaestro is a new program and is not code-signed yet. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".

What if I lose my key or get a new computer?

Paste the key from your email again. Keys never expire and do not need the internet. If you lose the email, write to me and I will send it again.

Does it save my game?

Yes. Each level keeps the game you were playing, so you can carry on later.

What counts as one of today's games?

Starting a new Medium, Hard or Expert game uses one of that day's games. Carrying on with a game you already started is free. A new day starts at midnight on your computer.

Is there a phone version?

Not yet. SudokuMaestro is for Windows for now.
